01. Is NELWEB an agency or a freelancer?
NELWEB is a solo studio. There is one person behind every project: Nelson Hernández, based in Palma de Mallorca. Development work is not outsourced — everything is built by the same developer you talk to.
03. Do you only work in Mallorca?
The studio is in Palma de Mallorca, but we work remotely with clients across Spain and Europe. Most of the work is digital — video calls, online prototypes, digital delivery.

Mainly local businesses in Mallorca: boutique hotels, restaurants, clinics, studios, consultancies, and freelancers. We also work with companies that want a presence in Mallorca from outside the island.
04. Do you offer maintenance after the website is delivered?
Yes. We have a monthly maintenance service from €89/month that includes daily backups, uptime monitoring, content updates and technical support.
